 Myofascial Movement therapy

Myofascial Movement Therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on addressing issues related to the myofascial system—the network of connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and organs in the body.

This therapy involves manual manipulation, stretching, and movement techniques to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore optimal movement patterns within the fascia and muscles.

It aims to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and promote overall well-being by targeting specific areas of tension and restriction within the fascial network.

 What is the process?

This treatment approach will be incorporated with other treatment sessions as needed and is not offered as a standalone treatment in person, but can be used as a virtual treatment technique.
